Dr. Sarah Knight
Project Leader

Sarah has over 10 years experience in science and nature education and outreach –with Brigit’s Garden (as a founding member of their Education Team), with the Ryan Institute for Environment, Marine and Energy at NUI Galway as their Outreach Officer, and most recently as her own boss with HUM Environmental Education.  She has worked on many creative environmental education outreach projects with arts and heritage focussed partners including Baboró International Arts Festival for Children and the Galway City Museum. The EcoScience Writers in Schools project developed out of these experiences, her own love of art and writing, and her passion for caring for the environment.

Maureen Keith
Printing

Maureen has worked with iSupply for the last nine years, starting from front desk, through being a graphic designer to her current role as a Sales Account Manager and Project Liason. She was really proud to work on this as marine life has always been close to her heart, both playing in rock pools near her home on the coast of Waterford or visiting the aquarium near her adopted home on the Atlantic Coast.
Her favourite sea creature is the hermit crab.
